MEASUREMENTS Before you start your new life with me let’s see where you are now. You want to take some base-line measurements so we have a starting point to track your progress and then every week you will repeat the process and log the measurements into you own personal journal and see how you have done. HERE’S HOW: ARMS: Right and left, you want to measure the thickest part of the upper arm CHEST: Measure around the breast. WAIST: Measure at the bottom of your ribs. ABDOMEN: Measure at the belly button HIPS: Around the biggest part of the buttocks THIGH: Measure only 1 thigh and always use the same one. Put your arms down by your side and measure the thigh at the end of your fingertips. CALF: Measure the thickest part of the calf. Now go to your journal and log in your measurements before you start your new life to a better slimmer and healthy YOU.
